"Derek was very courteous, informative and was very patient with all my questions about my plumbing. He helped me with the BioSmart for my drain, told me what was wrong with my plumbing. I was very happy with the services. He made some recommendations regarding replacing my valves in the bathrooms. I will contact my management (I live in a condo) to have the water shut off for that service to be made possible."
